Apparel: With respect to our respective fashion brand partners, we follow the return and refund guidelines of each individual brand. In order to see if your item is eligible for a return and refund after purchase, please refer to the return and refund policy under the description of the item you are purchasing or purchased.

Face Masks: Due to the shortage of respiratory face masks caused by the COVID-19, all respiratory face masks are non-refundable.

Hazardous Products: Hazardous materials, including cleaning products, flammable liquids or gases, sanitizing products are not returnable.

Event Tickets: Event tickets are not returnable after purchase. Unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the organizer's control.
